I didn’t understand it at first, but I grew to like it more and more. I have 3 molting dogs and this works great for cleaning the hair, dander and dust sitting on the floor.It’s not a great vacuum, but it does have a floor pad for quick and easy littering. do not need to be touched. Quick Spray Wipe Cleaner is great for small dirt spots.

This product works on tiled floors. It may be missing a few things like hairs and small crumbs, but it works.The big issue is battery life. Battery life is short and if you clean the house halfway, it will die. If you’re a bowler you’ll probably buy two.

I love this little mop vacuum cleaner. It picks up small debris from my floor and a large vacuum. hard surface. Simply spray and wipe any dirty areas. Great for light cleaning. When my sister, daughter and niece tried mine they had to have it.. I can’t express how much we love this.

This machine is great, except for the fact that the yoke where the head pivots is very fragile.I bought the last one in May of last year and it didn’t break until September.This is our On my second purchase, the first one broke in the same way.If they could make it out of anything other than really cheap plastic, I would buy another one.

I bought the wrong tool for the job. This mop will not work for cleaning grout on tile floors. Designed for flat surfaces. Works well on flat surfaces. All you need on your part is to control the mop. Since my floors are all tile and carpet, I ended up returning the mop, so I couldn’t justify the price and always had to buy distilled water.

So far things have been great. I have mostly tiles in my house and I have many dogs. Sometimes I find dog urine on the floor. When I wiped one spot, it seemed like a small spot was obviously wiped, so the whole area looked like this. I can do a whole cut with it and everything looks evenly clean.

Cleans floors much easier than the original shark. The only problem I have is that the code is now shorter than the original. So I have to unplug it every time I go to another room.

He has two types of ceramic tile and laminate flooring. It is very light and does not take up much storage space. Highly recommend this!

That’s a big difference. Note that the left half has been cleaned with the new Shark steam cleaner compared to the right area. The only minor issue is the small water compartment.

Works better than expected and is fun. Emptying a trash can full of dirty water is very satisfying. The floor dries very quickly. My only gripe is with the edges.The roller brush can only get a maximum of 1/2 inch out of the baseboard on one side and a full inch on the other side.I am happy with my purchase

2 dogs and 2 cats make daily cleaning easier. You can clean and mop at the same time! I wish it had better suction for all hair and ease of use on stairs, but overall a great product.

This was recommended to us by our contractor who was upgrading our floors. I’m very impressed with the power it has to clean and mop floors at once. I think it’s great for everyday use, but it doesn’t replace regular mopping.Also, the tank is very small for both cleaning solution and sewage. My family consists of my husband, baby, dog and cat. When I use it, I have to empty and refill it several times.

I had to learn something to do it right. Release the cleaner and slow down a bit. This is not Swifter. However, the instructions say that the recommended cleaning solution is proprietary. I only have hardwoods and only use Bona. I mixed in the recommended amount of Bona and the results were as good as always. I am very happy with this sweeper.

There are 5 birds and 5 dogs that cause a lot of confusion. It will save you time. I have tried various vacuum cleaners, but none of them pick up the small particles left by the birds. It picks up small debris, picks up dried bird droppings, and can even clean carpets, greatly reducing the hassle of cleaning. Worth every penny.

I like that it sucks up dirt while I clean, but if you just want to vacuum hard floors quickly, it’s not great. High water absorption and excellent self-cleaning effect! Plus the fact that it practically dries the rollers. yes i like it!

Oh my god, this is a gift from God! There are animal stains on joints here and there. It was terrible and I couldn’t find anything that went into the mortar and scraped the mess off, I went into the Bissell Crosswave Pet and the grout stains were gone. don’t believe me, look at the pictures. Save time by vacuuming and mopping at the same time. I love this my only wish is to have attachments. oh well!

I wasn’t sure about the purchase after reading some reviews. Buy it! It works. The suction is very strong and even picked up cracks in the grout. 🙃 I have a few cats and a pot bellied pig and it cleaned the floor after one pass

Cleaning the product is the worst thing that prevents me from using it and getting pregnant.It actually does not separate hairs as claimed and needs to be cleaned after each use It’s an ugly, hairy, dirty mess…other than that it works pretty well. I wish I had done a little more deep cleaning
